just wanted to know if any one Else was having this issue i can get aura of vengeful wrath to work but I can no longer see the debuff from tactical strike. Any one know if they took away the debuff icon or if it is just not working.

it's disabled currently due to some miscalculations in the proc rate and the amount of damage it actually increases. Should be back in a week at their patching rate.
