We plan on being a large guild with a mix of PvP, 5 man instance runs, and raiding. We're more interested in mature, friendly members without drama than how much DPS you can hit. Raid progression will be important, but not if we have to make it our second job. A few members have vent servers, so we'll definitely be using vent when we get to that point.

Just an update, I got around to starting a website with more information on how we will be handling end game raiding, loot rules, conduct, etc. It's listed on our forums for anyone interested in what type of guild we are and how we run things.
