Been a gone a while and thinking about getting back in to Rift. Thought a new guild might be a good start since some things have changed in game. I have some raid xp and looking to get back into a raid oriented guild. Shoot me a message in game, Pwnyboy@faeblight.
So I just did a little running around zone events and shard hopping in the crafting area (which was usually packed) in TB and all but 2 servers have 5 or less people. Is there anything left worth coming back to or do people congregate in a different city now?
Gaiscioch is pretty awesome we are running a full event right now also we have weekly adventures hosted by our guild members, it truly is a fun guild! check it out! we are on the faeblight server under Gaiscioch. I have been here a while and went through many guilds and this one seems to take the cake, I feel I belong here and also everyone is kind and helpful and our leader is just awesome...He created many events in rifts history , perhaps you know of us? Anyways we are looking for folks like you to adventure with us.
Most of the raiders have left because there are no new raids. There might be a raid coming out at the end of March- an Intrepid Rise of the Phoenix. If you like RP Miss Green's post above seems like a good fit. They do have a good population that shows up for their events. Otherwise, questing, crafting, 4 dungeons or warfronts, and IAs are about it at endgame. I am the GL of Circlet Jerkins and we are still taking new players and help them level up and gear up for the raid when it lands. We are not raiding at this time however.
That really sucks, I found myself with time to gear back up and raid again but man... the population is so light. What is the popular MMO now? Or is the fantasy genre in general just dying out? As far as Rift is concerned its been like this before and recovered, I doubt I would buy expansion packs just to find out tho.
