Our raiding philosophy:
We maintain a calm raiding and guild environment for our members to enjoy and participate in. We expect every raider to do whatever it takes to maximize their performance in raids. This includes, but is not limited to: maximizing your PA, notoriety, runes, orbs, sigils, and the use of full consumables. You are expected to be on-time, fully soul-healed, and stocked up on consumables for every raid. We expect you to know what you're doing, to ask for help/advice as needed, and not require constant guidance, or hand-holding. We make the best use of our time as possible and use a focused and efficient approach to raiding.
About Virus:
Virus has been a stable end-game RIFT raiding guild since day 1 of RIFT; raiding all tiers from Vanilla to present, without absence. The strong leadership, guild structure and community atmosphere has allowed us to prosper since RIFT's inception. We are looking for friendly, skilled and drama-free individuals to join our raiding team so that we may continue to clear all the content RIFT has to offer!
