Black Phoenix Legion -- Looking for core raid members for ID progression.

<Black Phoenix Legion> is a RIFT guild running 20-man content on the Faeblight Shard. We are a medium core guild which centers around raiding. Our raid team include many quality players who have Hammerknell on farm and currently progressing though Infernal Dawn. We are always seeking new talent and enjoy a little "horse-play" in our raiding and game style.

Black Phoenix Legion is 11/11 in HK, and 1/8 in ID at this point in time. We raid ID on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6-9 PM PST (Shard). We also finish top floor HK as 'filler' when we can.

What We Look For
- Raiders who are serious about downing 20-man content on every level.
- Mature, responsible individuals who show up and play hard.
- Ability to joke with, and around all our other members.
- Knowing your class and all roles associated with your class -- Including competitive DPS/Healing specs, and ability to be flexible when it comes to your role in the raid.
- Being prepared with consumables -- Knowing what you should be eating/drinking and adding to your items. We'll provide as many consumables as we can, but its up to you to know what you need.
- Mumble and the ability to listen in during our raids.
- Knowing fights and/or the ability to pick up any mechanic quickly.
- Good Attitude -- Too many times people get hurt over loot, a joke about them in chat, or any other combination. We joke around in BPL alot, sometimes its a bit off colored, sometimes its jabbing others in the side: But its all in good fun and no harm is done. Please, be mature about it and accept the fact that we're all trying to have fun, and sometimes a good joke or jab at someone is the best way to loosen up a mood and get people having fun again.

Loot
Loot is done through a 'smart roll' system. Basically knowing what items you need, and then rolling on them. Smart Rolling is the name of the game in BPL, knowing what items you need, what items other people need and then letting the /roll rng gods go at it.
