We are a solid core of casual/hardcore raiders looking to expand our roster progress on Akylios and prep for ID. We started HK in late October, lost most of our raid team to SWTOR in December and have
just gotten to Akylios this past raid week. We are 10/11 in HK and are recruiting only players that are 4 piece HK or close to it.


Current needs:

Warriors:Low
Clerics:closed
Rogues:closed
Mages:High

We are mainly looking for exceptionl DPS at least 2kST minimum in a raid enviorment, thats not on the dummy with your buddies barding and archoning for you but in actual raids.
We are not recruiting tanks of any class at this time
We are possibly looking at recruiting 1 healer, but it must be an AMAZING one(think Jesus)
We are not interested in recruiting ANYONE that is more of 10/11 in HK(no one is ever happy when they regress progression wise)

If you are accepted in to our guild it will be on a 2 week trial basis, partly so we can ensure that you have the ability to take our raid seriously and can perform to our expectations,
but also so you can be sure that our guild is a good fit for you(we are not for everyone)

We will of course look at accepting an exceptional player of ANY class. Our biggest need right now is a dedicated Archon. Someone that really likes doing it and is good at it. It will be a guaranteed raid spot.


We are a tight knit group that likes to prove that you can have fun and get your bidness done too
What we expect from our raiders are 3 main things:

1. Accountability to ourselves and to each other.
2. Willingness to be the best at our respective roles that we can be.
3. Treating each other with respect.

Just because we are slightly more laid back than some progression guilds DOES NOT mean that we dont take our raiding seriously.
We have had our fill of abusive stressful in your face raiding and want people that want to experience Raiding in Rift without the stress
of a TRULY HARDCORE attitude/approach. We have also had our fill of not taking raids seriously enough and REALLY want to progress.

Since we have started raiding this way we have learned a few valuable lessons. Because we take more of a laid back approach, it means that being on the ball is EVEN more important. WE strive for excellence and expect the same thing in ALL of our players, really what that means is that you CAN have fun in raids, but YOU STILL have to take it seriously! No ninja afks!! No unexplained absences!! No TS3 Blowups! just 3 hours of smooth professional raidy goodness, 3-5nights a week. You dont have to be the best person of your class that we have ever seen, you just have to be competent, have good raid awareness, good knowledge of your class, and a willingness and desireto improve. o.O
