Default <Blackblade> 10/11 on Greybriar seeks all classes (including full-time bard)

    Website: blackblade-greenscale.enjin.com

Currently recruiting all classes, especially a full-time bard.

Raid 6-9 pm server time, currently on phase 3 of Akylios after 2 hours of progression.

Our Policies (adapted from Voodoo's charter):

We hope to become a competitive US server raiding guild. This means we want to raid with the goal of achieving server firsts someday. We also expect all of our members to do whatever it takes to maximize their performance in raids (updating specs constantly with current patch changes, using consumables frequently, etc.) Players that do not like to be told what role to play will not fit in with this guild. We are a primarily a PvE guild and do not recruit for PvP or any other purposes.

Our raiding hours are based on the East Coast Time Zone. Our 20 man raid days are Tu/W/F from 9-12pm EST (subject to change). To consider applying as a raider, you must be able to make at least 75% of this 9-hour raid week. We like to keep 10 man runs within the guild but have no formal policy restricting players from raiding the t1 or t2 10 man content outside of <Blackblade>.

For those of you who cannot commit to our raiding schedule, we do recruit "social members" who fill the core raid group at times when a raider is unable to attend. Social members are not raiders and therefore do not have any priority when raid invites go out.

Loot is distributed using DKP (a system where points are accumulated and spent as currency). We keep extensive logs on the guild website tracking our player's DKP as well as what transactions are made. For relics, we use the Loot Council system to distribute the loot to members we feel are loyal and have gone above and beyond the expectations of the guild. When first joining, you should expect to never receive a relic over a veteran member. However, once you have been in the guild for one month, you will be given equal priority on loot with even the longest-standing member. This means a member of one month is viewed just the same as a member of twelve months; there is simply an initiation period to make sure you will be sticking around as a permanent raider.

We do not run a babysitting program, we run a progression guild. We do not tolerate drama, whining or misbehavior of any sort that would not be tolerated at the workplace. During raids we expect each player's full attention and focus and expect vent conversation to be kept to a minimum to allow directions to be understood. On the other hand, farm nights are treated in a more relaxed fashion (because ultimately it's all about fun), but we still expect to pummel 100% of our farm content in a single night of raiding.

We try to make the most efficient use of our raid time as possible. You are expected to be on-time, fully soul-healed, and stocked up on consumables for every raid. We try to raid with a slightly casual schedule, but this does not mean we will tolerate the common casual mentality of caring less or not trying as hard.

And finally, we are the kind of guild that will sit/remove players for poor performance, or replace weaker players if more talented players apply. You are expected to continually prove your worth to maintain your raid spot. In this sense, recruitment is always open if you know you are the kind of player that can outperform the majority of the players already in the guild.
