What is dps and how is it used? As far as I know, its damage per second, am I right?
Not sure if serious, but yes, DPS = Damage per second. As you could of guessed, it indicates the amount of damage someone does every second. To see this mysterious DPS, I recommend using a parser; it will show both the DPS of you/your group AND the HPS (heals per second). It's magical.
