    Default Feasts from opposite faction

You can eat a feast placed by another faction in raid instances, but not in open world (eg. SoL raid rift).

Are raid instances specially coded to allow feasting on feasts from opposite faction?

In a raid environment, your factions are centralized to be one faction. They can't do this in open world because it screws with what would happen if you pvp flagged.

They should just get rid of this. Who cares if I'm eating the other faction's food? It sucks when some kind soul drops an open world feast and they're the only one of their faction, meanwhile everyone else repeats in chat, "can't eat, angry feast," over and over. Or, since Seastone & Bloodiron still exist, give us a factionless recipe if we already have the normal one. We can make the style that serves us best. Which will pretty much always be a factionless fest.

I don't know how that Defiant prepared the food or even if they washed their hands before pressing the craft button. I say no to defiant feasts!

So, you are defiant towards Defiant feasts?
