Ability Lag in Instanced Content

In our ongoing investigation to help track down sources of ability lag in instanced content, we’re asking for you to provide us with as much information as possible. We know that in some cases there can be delays in which the game appears to idle for a second or two before performing actions. In order to narrow the causes of these delays down, the following information would be very helpful:

• When did this happen (date included): The more exact the timestamp the better, preferrable no larger than one or two minutes wide. Please include your timezone as well (or if you're super nice convert it to PST because how do I timezone?)
  
  
• What boss were you fighting:
  
  
• What shard were you on: Type /shard and it will tell you.
  
  
• What is your home shard? (The shard where your character is).
  
  
• Approximate Length of Delay:
  

Your information about these incidents will be helpful in tracking down the root cause of this issue.

delay- freeze was at least 2 seconds. similar delays continued throughout the raid but this one was the only i noted down

Are you only looking for reports of ability lag in raid or dimensions too? Since in Fortune's Shore Dimension, I'll randomly get ability hiccups too.

If you notice any spikes within a Dimension feel free to point it out here as those are generally fairly isolated from other players and could provide some different types of information.

Other request for clarification - do Terminus and Mathosia (the starter zones) count as 'instances'? I was noticing wicked ability lag there last night and will attempt to duplicate it again when I get home later today.

The starter zones are a bit more separated than the other zones in the world, but for these specific pieces of data that we are trying to track down I'm going to probably say that you can leave those zones out for now. Thanks for asking though.

Last not but least another 3+ sec server lag 20:19 PM Server Time/ 13:19 PM PDT
