    No it hasn't been completed. It's either a bug that shows it as completed or a photoshop.

    I made the achievement in-game using the achievement ID# and a # that had a achieve date of 03-23-2015 to make it look more authentic. I think I might make up a fun copy+paste guide for people to use to get into raids where they don't have the achieve yet. Could just take a picture with the fake achieve on your screen, upload picture to imgur and next time when a raid asks for a specific achieve just link the imgur url instead of the achieve. Could say something bogus like this is my geared alt but I have the achieve on my main character etc. etc. haha
