No one really does old-world content, and when they do, it's achievement runs and they want to get through it quick so they probably won't bring a level 50.

It depends on the raids you're looking for. Level 50 raids like GSB are still done sometimes, though most for fun or achievement runs, and so their formation is sporadic. Last night a few guildies and I did ROTP, DH (50), and GP just randomly for fun, for example. I'm sure some people's advice would be to join a guild, which probably would help, but most of my first times in non-SL raids were indeed from random pugs formed in chat, so I know they happen.

Also, make sure that you are in the channels where people spam for raids. Level 60 chat is one of them, which you'll get into when you hit 60, but there are a couple others. If you're on the NA shards, you can type:

    /join CrossEvents@Faeblight
    /join CrossRaids@Faeblight

and then you'll start getting messages in them. If you're on the EU servers, it's not Faeblight of course, maybe someone from EU can post the correct cross-shard channels.

If you're looking for GSB specifically for a particular reason, try typing in /CrossEvents@Faeblight something like "LFG Greenscale's Blight" and see if it peaks anyone's interest. It realistically takes only 3-4 good level 60s to power through that place (I've duo'ed some bosses in the past), and if you have 10+ level 60s then it goes super super fast.

iunno~ I'd wager a good number of people still don't have that cheeve where you make it through Hylas w/o getting more than 3 (or was it 4?) wolves~

.... unless you can just blow him up and skip that phase entirely nowadays
So long, and thanks for all the fish~

You can get a good bunch of money if you're quick enough when you solo GSB. Same for Drowned Halls and Gilded Prophecy. Of course, a good bunch is relative.

    Was about to say

Last time I did that, the pay out was kinda piddly. Though it was a change of pace from my usual game activities.

Well, 15p per boss without counting item drops is a good bunch if you're tired of farming mats over and over again imo.

Get to level 60, join a guild.

Though they likely wouldn't bring someone who's lvl 50 and doesn't know what they're doing.
