Are you talking about raid composition, or class specs?
    Nope.

I think a pretty standard setup for a generic encounter is:

    Tanking
2-4x Any tank (preferably a mixture of all 3 classes)

    Support
    1x Archon
    1x Bard

    Healing
2x Chloro (AoE or Tank healing depending on number of active tanks)
    1x Defiler
    1x Warden
1x Puri or Warden depending on encounter (sometimes both)

    DPS
    Remainder

That doesn't cover every fight, but it's a pretty basic, optimised skeleton for most.

If you lack Mages you may use a Beastmaster instead of an Archon on certain fights. That is generally the better choice than swapping a Chloro to DPS and bringing an extra Cleric to heal.

I appreciate the feedback , im using something basicly the same.

The problem im getting is that the clerics and mages in the above set up are saying there having issues healing overall now due to the changes ,

I guess the jist is add another healer in general or switch bard to tach to make up for it in heavy consistant aoe or long term enchounter?

Any encounter in particular they're having trouble with?
    Nope.

Not in specific , just for example ft1 we use

    1 def Dps
    2 x cloro
    1 puri
    1 bard
    1 arch
    1 warden

We beat the encounter but it was harder on the healers and more splats in general on are few pulls before it died.

The reason I was asking if anything in basic raid structure might have changed or if the healing changes where that massive to affect a core build.

The healers where struggling aoe wise on top off , like I said we beat the encounter but it was massively diffrent then previous attempts ...... like flawless or damn near compared to slow top offs and deaths in general.

Core raid structure as it relates to healing is pretty much unaffected by the fixes to double-dipping.

It does now take much longer to top raid members off for Chloromancers than it did previously if you just spam Void Life or Vile Spores. They need to make sure to anticipate periods of heavy raid damage and make frequent and effective use of Flourish, Nature's Touch and Ruin. All while under Entropic Veil if possible. It's really just a practice and skill issue, no other way around it.

Stacking an extra healer is an option, but I wouldn't recommend it unless critically necessary. It's better that your healers learn to be better players and handle themselves more efficiently in difficult situations now, so they're better equipped for more difficult encounters in the future.
