Raid Rift Strats?

Does anyone know of resources that discuss the three raid rifts? In Classic Rift there were guides saying important things about the bosses but I can't find any info on SL ones. I realize they are much simpler than real raids but I was under the impression there were still strategies required.

I would like to start organizing raid rifts for my guild but don't know where to get info on them to prepare.

Also, are raid rifts meant for 10 or 20 people? I know that you can,have more than required, but I don't know how many to start with.

There is pretty much no strategy required. They are in some even less complicated than the original raid rifts classic Rift came with. Stay out of crap on the ground, dodge AoEs, burn the boss.

I also think they are tuned for 10 people. So it's like walking into a raid instance with 40 folks....and the damage can all be healed through easily....like 2-3k ticks easy. Pretty sure some of the top Hunt Rifts are harder. They all just have one gimmick mechanic that can kill one person at a time on every stage or only on the last one. Like RR said, pew pew.

At least hunt rift aoe's actually hurt if you don't move out of them.
