Finally got the wench down after what seemed like a grueling few weeks.

As expected, the Eggs were pretty easy, took 2 pulls or so.



Looking forward to Maelforge next reset.

Grats again to all involved in the kills, clean and concise progression for us tonight.

Don't say that... we have some comp changes due to RL next reset and we'll be using a rogue MT and one less main comp mage...

But on a high note, our Laethys kill was as clean as we could have hoped for. Aside from our Mage Reflect not bothering at <3% on a cleric ^_^ (and the mage got charred legs as reward, </3)

Oh man, have fun with rogue tanking it. For fun, after you get the kill, compare rogue tank p1 incoming DPS to warrior tank incoming DPS...you will be in for a treat...we were. Warning, don't look during the attempts or your heart will break a little.

It's a pretty substantial difference. What a parser shows makes it look worse than it is because they don't account for Rift Guard, but your healers will be able to tell the difference.

That's what I'm hearing across the board from top raiders.

Just eager to get some face time with Maelforge next reset, we decided to call raid an hour early for others to clear PF etc once we had killed Laethys + Dragon Eggs.

NB: Loot Dragon Eggs before anyone travels to Maelforge. We had some "eager" players who ran right up to Maelforge before we distributed loot and it ended with everyone in the raid stuck at the Maelforge encounter.
Needed a dedicated cleric to get back to the loot for distribution, but it made for an interesting 10 minutes of raid suicides.
