    Ember Watch on Ember Isle. there are 2 forges there (Yes Forges, not people), 1 has the stuff you buy with the Infernal Marks, the other has the relic upgrades for the ones that you buy.

    its kinda interesting; at least as a warrior expect to lose a lot of crit from the base set, and gain a lot of AP. my understanding is that this will not be overly detrimental as rings/weapons etc seem to be largely crit based so far (recipies etc), overall full ID gear should be a substantial improvement but not so much as HK was over T1 when it released.
