    Default Inquisitor Garau ignoring rasistance

    Went into HK to check out the expedited pathway. Usually only use 1 chloro and an *Icar for the entire fight. Tank was taking heavy damage from bloodtide and the aura. Wound up having to use multiple tank healing to keep him alive during some parts of the fight.

    He has over 200 resist with his water resist items equipped and buffed.
    But was taking 6k hits from water damage.
    He tried switching out sigils, logging on and off, re-equipping everything, but nothing changed the incoming water damage amount. Everyone else in raid was taking normal damage though. Strange, but should have a peep into whats going on with that, please.

    6k+ hits from his bubble (forget name) is normal even with 200+ WR.

    Rotate healer cool downs on your tank after the porter dies.

    We use a 51 purifier and Senticar to rotate their cooldowns on the tank as he runs back to the Boss.

    We noticed that last night as well. Inquisitor is ignoring resists on main target. Did just as you with resetting computer, relogging, re-equipting gear. Nothing helped just had to run 3 extra healers than we normally do.

    Come to think of it our cleric did use HC multiple times last night when he usually never does. <3

    Not sure if related, but first pull of him last night, it seemed like he was ignoring all our water resists and eating through melee (ZOMG stop on glacial shield?!?) after that wipe though, I went back to normal. No idea what's up with that.

    The beam hits (Obliteration) were normal damage as always.

    The ability I'm talking about is called Essence Siphon. Everyone except melee and tank are out far enough to never get hit by it. Our melee were taking minimal damage as always when using a water sigil. Our tank was taking completely unmitigated damage (3x the amount melee were taking) by the same ability, while having over 200 water resist.

    That's always been normal for us....Seemed based on HP, not a set amount of dmg. I always took 6k+ ticks from that.

    Yep, essence siphon seems to be a % based ability.
