Default No need to run and jump on Guurloth?

I was in a pug raid the other day and someone either interrupted or purged guurloth such that we didn't have to run or jump. When we tried interrupting just now it didn't work. Anyone know how this is done?

Guurloth got changed again recently. The initial casts for jump/run (before he starts the channeled version) can be interrupted now.

Sometimes I wish I knew how Trion thinks...

... then again, maybe I ought to be glad I don't.

You have got to be kidding me?

Although I guess now that he's the objective of one of the raid weeklies, he needed to be nerfed because there was actually still a reasonable chance of people failing at him, and we can't possibly have that can we...

Has been like this for quite some time (at least since it was released). Warrior interrupts can often get around the immunity to interrupt for some weird reason. Works on devastate on HK trash too.

Back when Guurloth was still a slight challenge (not that he ever really was if you could follow directions) it would cause more wipes than it would prevent. It just forced him to skip that cast, sometime immediately casting the next one in the rotation. Getting the emote for jumping, then finding out you had to run because it was interrputed caught so many people out in raids I was in.

There was also a bug for the boss that comes after him. You could get all the crystals you needed before you wanted to kill him.

Reported both, not sure if either has been fixed.

Justicar interrupt works on both Guurloth's casts and Devastate at least.

I can't say when it was changed, but I'm positive that Interdict wasn't doing anything against Guurloth for a long while.

Has nothing to do with warriors. A lot of the channeled spells now have a wind up cast that is interrupt-able. Works on currents of pain from akylios trash too.

Does that mean Cursed Blows on Rune King is interruptable, since it starts off blue?
