    Default Infernal Dawn

I heard Infernal Dawn was a bunch of Recycled Hammerknell Mechanics.

If you are PTR testing it your not allowed to talk about the bosses or the mechanics. Quite useless thread.
Unless you wanna get kicked out from testing.

I heard the mechanics were reused.

    Edit: You're a useless thread.

Yhea, ok i'll tell u then.

1.You will need a tank to keep aggro so mobs don't run around killing the rest of the raid.
2.You will need a healer to keep the tank and raid from getting gray screens.
3.You will need plp to DPS so the mobs die.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that there will probably also be adds that need to be off-tanked, multicoloured crap on the ground you have to not stand in, specific spells that need to be interrupted and/or purged, and probably a phase where you have to move in a specific pattern.

Recycling old content and pushing it out as something new and exciting, how dare they!

Now that would be interesting. If Infernal dawn was just waves of mobs trying to kill you, with boss waves of Laethys and Maelforge.

    It seems fairly formulaic.

Entry boss with a fair DPS requirement that will have increasing mechanics at set points (Duke, Anrak, murdantix)

Secondary bosses with unique varying mechanics that usually require high group coordination over brute force (Johlen, Herald, Guurloth, Zilas, RKM + prince, Matron)

Tertiary bosses that combine high DPS checks with high raid AOE damage and increasing mechanics (Prince Hylas, Isskal, Thalguur/Uruluuk, Plutonus, Inwar, Inquis)

Final bosses include high raid awareness, split dps with numerous add control, increasing number of raid mechanics and AOE damage. Multiple tanks seems a given here. (LGS, Alsbeth, Akylios)

First boss most people should plow down in no time if geared.

Next few will depends on who adapts quickest to the new mechanics and if the raid members have seen similar in past games. I'd say it will favor target swapping mechanics with high mobility whereupon if you can't handle the target swaps (adds) you will lose rather quickly similar to adds in matron/zilas/RKM/Prince/Thalguur.
