    Default Chloromancer at endgame?

I'm currently leveling a mage, and I'm wondering if speccing as chloromancer can be successful at endgame content? Will I be able to heal well, or just be a back up healer who will always come 2nd to clerics?

    Chloromancers are great.
It's just that, you can't stack them the same way you can clerics, and you can't cover AoE burst damage very well

When correctly geared, you'll be worth your weight in gold if you're good ;) Chloro's make great healers and can effectively dps heal aswell. Makes running dungeons quick as lightning!

Stacking Chloro's is fine. Also they can cover burst raid heals very well if you know what you're doing. Flourish, Instant Nature's Touch (If you have 4pc HK crystal).

    4pc chloro trumps prettymuch everything.

Stacking chloros is not fine if your goal is optimizing dps. Flourish is fine, but remember that your veil only hits 5 other people.

Burst heals are best suited for an inquisicar or senticar.

Does it really work that way though? It sure seems like I'm healing more than 5 people when I'm using LGV. Same w\ bard heals.

Wild Growth --> Entropic Veil (Instant Nature's Touch-->Ruin) ->flourish will burst for more than anything else IIRC. Sure you can't sustain it, but it's bursty and only eats up 3s of sustaining damage time since wild growth is precast and the other 3 are instants.

Sustained AOE is best dealt with by inquisicar and senticar.

It's smart heal so every tick of damage will hit the people with the lowest health percentage first.

    No they don't.
A single chloromancer cannot do the same thing an -icar specced cleric can do.
