Arakhurn not spawning?

'High Priest Arakhurn' not spawning (last boss of Rise of the Phoenix). Instance id 11

After killing previous 3 bosses and mini boss golems/earth elementals, high priest lights up in the boss quest zone meta but does not spawn.

Experienced same issue yesterday on PTS.

He spawned for us (we ran two groups) but did not spawn for our second group.

Probably because NA players speak English.
Servers can't handle that much English language.
That's why Europeans have only 6 English language servers.

As mentioned this has happened to us twice thus far.

Potential cause:
Soft reset between downing Ereandorn and General Silgen.

PTS run: Ereandorn. Next day Beruhast, General Silgen, followed by the 3 Seething Cores. No Arakhurn spawned so we killed every trash mob in the instance and still nothing.
First day on live: Ereandorn, 3 Seething Cores, Beruhast. Soft reset when we went to raid HK, returned and killed General Silgen, no Arakhurn.

As I'm writing this we did another soft reset to see if he would show up and it worked.

Looks like after a soft reset he respawned.

The only thing similar between the two times this has happened to us is that we took a break and let the instance reset between killing boss 1 and boss 3.

Happened to us tonight as well, some defiant decided to prevent our last guy who was immune to summons from getting in so we had to crub stomp them. This was after first boss & 1 mini. before 2nd mini boss. We were out of the instance for less than 10m but all of us were out.
3rd boss dies, last boss doesn't spawn.

Everyone zone out, soft reset, wait fifteen minutes. Go back in. Eat chicken wings for dinner.

That was the response we got from a GM and it worked

Happened to us last night. The soft reset didn't work for us, unless a soft reset takes longer than ~30 minutes, which afaik, it does not.
