Can we get more people doing T1s please!!!

I feel your pain on having to wait for a T1 queue. One of my guild mates and myself have been leveling alts as a tank/healer combo. Its sad when you have to wait 45 min to an hour to fill the rest of the group. and we queue up with all the options it would let us select.

This concerns me some. I guess I'll try to get a dps set going. No wonder really geared tanks are kinda rare. Most of the ones I see are plaque geared.

my guilds tank got gear for t2's in like two weeks. i was dragging my feet as a healer, but i was his favorite healer so he was sad when he went on with out me. than he one day happen to check my gear and noticed i hadn't tossed any runes on yet. So i went to AH grabbed some runes and was able to que with my buddy. So i know it can be a pain to get some gear but i was wondering have you tosses some ruin on your gear to find out if that'd help pump you into t2's? If not check your local AH, and you can scan the AH for other added Tanking items.

you can still use /4 LFM need dps and 1 support and than gtg.

helps me out alot and i might not get it right away but you'd be surprised how well i can help at times.

LFG tool isn't a 100% a 100% of the time either. Don't let WoW's idea rule your game play in Rift. Sure XLFG might help but nothing beats a great guild full of friends that you can chat with on vent and snag a few dps to come along with you.

Oh yea I rune everything. I'm a RC. I put best rune in slot. If I don't have recipe a guildmate does. I'm well over t2 requirements but not really close to tank Raid rifts yet. 0 t2 drops are to blame there. I have got some dps gear and can make a dps source machine if I do some rifting.

So I made a paragon Dw spec. Actually got some dps drops on daggers, ranged and rings that are decent t2 stuff. Got almost complete pvp p1&2 set and have a ok dps set going. Made a crit based source machine and can get over 600 on dummy already self buffed. Ran a t2 as dps with pugs and had a good group. It was refreshing. Tank was a warrior and said he mainly wanted the Dd tank belt and asked if I was gonna roll. Told him nope. It's all his.

Now I didn't have to be that nice but I'm not a ******. If there's sumthin our tank in group was going for I'll let Em have it. I did mention tho I may roll on other tank stuff if it was a signifigant upgrade and he had no problem. That's the stuff that keeps me going. People workin together. He wasnt even much more geared but he knew how to tank well.

Now I can dps for a change and not feel like I can only tank. That's what rift is about. Flexibility.
