thats the german name of the quest, sorry for that guys^^
Its very simpel, there is a quest mob just beside the porticulum guy.
You need to talk to 4 prophets in sanctum the catch is that you only see these prophets when you have the 25k planarite thing.
Thats all you talk to them then you go to shimmersand and you can open a gate to this instance.
Only ONE guy need this he can port all the other player.
You get a 5min buff you can see him in the buff corner its the grey star thingi. ^^

Do the mobs in this raid give any kind of rep?

Thanks a lot for the pics and the infos,

I was wondering what is the level of the gear required to have a chance to clean the instance ? Was the raid you were in, full T2 equipped or is it equivalent to an 5-man expert Tier 2 instance and only need to be T1 geared ?

Its more t3 level and not easy to do, you cant compare this content to t2 5er innis.
    its much harder.
I have not noticed, but I think you gain rep for the dragonslaylers.

    You need 25k planarite
    you get a 5min buff
you can see the portal to the instance ONLY with this buff so you need 1 charge, everytime.
you can port everybody in the raid when you enter the instance
you need one planar charge for the 5min buff to see this portal

Okay, I've also got the chance to test this new instance. Overall the bosses are quite fun, however extremely easy with good group. I would not be surprised if its cleared within 2-3 hours after release.

First boss is a Scorpion. We killed it, but only because he bugged for and did nothing. Other than that, the boss has Spines of Earth ability, which targets one raid member and he starts pulsing aoe damage, so obviously spreading needed. Then it has exactly the same mechanic as the Water Raid Rift last boss. It is exactly the same as Downpour, only here it is channeled so you need to either heal through it or LoS it. It also has tail swipe that tank has to run out of. Other than that its very easy and repetitive.

Second boss is some sort of shaman. There is a small area which you have to fight in, he has 3 main abilities. First one is you have to keep jumping after he yells something. Very easy, however sometimes it seems that due to lag you still get damaged or something. Second one is he puts a debuff on someone (exactly the same as Warmaster Galenir), if that person performs an action, the raid gets damaged for roughly 2k everyone. And the last of his main abilities is he yells something and everyone has to turn arround. That's it, at certain percentages he also summons adds, plus there are some AoE ground effects that need to run out of. But overall, fairly easy for a good group.

Third boss is a pile of rocks. Well, when you pull him, he gets up and looks more like a boss . He has two main abilities, one is raid wide aoe, which hits more and more as encounter progress, second one is same as in DSM 3rd boss (he looks to certain direction, people that stand there get knockbacked + dmg). After some time, he runs to one of the 3 pillars that are in the area where you fight him and destroys it. Lots of crystals spawn everythere then, which you need to pick up. Every crystal gives you a stacking buff, which is supposed to increase your damage and health and something else, but only seems to increase your health. However you need certain amount of stacks to survive his AoE damage. Also shovel appears in the middle, someone needs to pick it up and dig a pile of sand that is glowing, which drags the adds that spawn to that pile of sand and then they despawn.

Last boss entombs someone in the crystal (just like Majolic in AP), which needs to be killed. He also does some sort of channel, at the end of which everyone who is not in melee basically dies. Didn't get to test further for this boss. But it didn't seem to be hard.

Overall the instance is quite easy, however the encounter are fun. Certainly a good instance for slightly more casual players.

Thanks for the write up, the only real info I have sen on it. Can you confirm a few things?

Does the item you need to buy cost 25k planarite?

Does only one member on the raid need it and everyone else gets ported in?

    What is the lock-out timer?

edit: nvm the first 2 questions for some reason i didn't see all of the post and they had already been answered. Did anyone catch the lock-out timer while they were testing it?

Hmm, good question, didn't look at it. It's probably a week like the rest of the instances, but it also may be three/four days.

I've heard 1 week and 3 days. I guess we will see tomorrow. Another Question:

What was the group make-up you used?

I am sure you can vary it up quite abit, I am just wondering when putting a group together would you need 2 tanks and 2 healers, bard, archron, and 4 dps? Again I guess we will find out tomorrow but I will try with a make up similar to that and if we can scale back to 1 tank, 1 cleric, and 1 chorlo that would be great.

Its a pretty tough instance actually, considering its intended gear level. The first boss seems the toughest, once the LOS bug was fixed. He requires alot of positional awareness and precision healing. 51 puri is required to soak up the eyebeam damage. You need to tank swap to avoid his stacking debuff. Also his frontal cleave is an instant kill and must be avoided (simply run under him, but the cone on this frontal cleave is huge, you pretty much need to get behind him, but then have to flip him back around cause of his tail swipe).

Second boss is as stated however in addition to dust devils you must avoid and the actions you must follow he summons a single add that you must pull away from the boss asap because he greatly buffs his damage, then you must kill the add. As long as you are aware of what to do he isn't to hard. Didn't go beyond that.

Trash is fairly simple, the snipers with their nasty reactive dot are a pain in the ***. And if the first boss is hard in t1 raid gear with experienced raiders then its gonna be a nightmare in t2 expert gear, he definitely needs to be toned down. Otherwise it looks like its in pretty good shape.

Looks like 2 full healers (one 51 puri) and 2 tanks are required. Chloro, bard and archon seem like necessities as well. Sure there is some room to change around based on fights though.

I somehow doubt they designed the encounter that you needed a 51 Purifier to do it.

It has been answered like 100 times already, no wonder that people just stopped answering to same question.
