Awesome, I was wondering where that thing was going to come from. I wonder if other roles have a shot at an equivalent trinket as well? They certainly didn't in the gear bags.

It says the healing chance is an "equip" property. So it is not activated manually.

Yes, I understand that, but it will have some sort of internal cooldown or a very low proc chance

can you go test it out and perhaps post a youtube video of yourself getting smacked by several mobs at once?

Seeing as the way things are going:

Doom and Gloom would say - Lockout 3 days, Loot is better than Raid Loot, Bosses are easier.
