It also procs off of proc'd heals as well. And often. One of the best HoT procs there is IMO. Love my Spirit Wolf Totem.

Yes. I've had the Totem up as well as the blue and purple essences at once. Works best with the Deep One Tear Essences though. Shield+HoT=awesomesauce.

If you'd happen to be playing a cleric and as a warden to be exact, they say the extra HoT directly buffs the +healing from deluge so that's another neat thing to go along with its a decent proc rate.

Only 1 person per heal.... I have ( as a chloro) had it up on multiple people at once.

Happened to have this equiped while playing my 51 lock after healing a dungeon.

It seems it procs from leech life, which means my warlock has insane survivablity!

I love it.
