Is anyone else having issues with this NPC in Sanctum not giving out a daily for an expert rift every day? My log can be clear of all expert rift dailies and she won't give me anything for multiple consecutive days. Sometimes someone else can pick it up and share it, sometimes they can't. A couple times she would have nothing for me, then in the same day she would have one for me.
