Double-sided glowing window

I have an idea.
You know how there are those "facades" that have texture on one side, but see-through if you look from the other side?
What if there was a window that looked like nightglow window on surface but nothing on the other?

Not sure I follow you here... why would you need a window that is invisible on one side?
I mean, if you only need it to glow on one side of the wall, you can sink it in, and it will only show on one side. If you need double glowing side, just put 2 of them together.

Or I'm missing something?..

I was thinking exactly that, laeti... but then it dawned on me... SEE THROUGH WINDOWS for inside, nice glowy outside... that would be something, indeed.

maybe the framing could be visible, so it doesn't look stupid ^^

Yes that makes perfect sense. You could morph a window frame or use an existing one though.

So far when it comes to glowy windows I think what Feendish calls "invisible glass" is the best option - you can see the light in the house from the outside, and you can see both outside and inside when you look into the window. Yes there's no glassy glass, but still it's the most realistic thing so far (plus, you can make any shapes and colors if you morph).
