Default Tower of the Sky: Faeblight

Tower of the Sky is modeled after the pyramid at Chichen Itza, built to scale (but reduced by 25% so it would fit in Vengeful Sky ). It was so much fun to revisit this dimension and update it, because the sheer number of building blocks for the pyramid meant that so much interior detailing was lost.

The real life original is built from limestone, but in-game limestone is too white and pristine, so I swapped out the stone for mossy brick. Highroot trees provided much of the canopy of the revamped jungle, with the occasional canopy tree from lucky mystery boxes interspersed.

Thank you so much, Izy, for letting me steal your snake!

I hope any visitors have as much fun running around exploring as I did building.

very good design my friend I admire your skill and work on the insides, such as the walls and the glyphical things on it. also the enviroment seems good along with the collumns on sides. But the outside, the top of the pyramid is very boxy, you could do some more carving on it. with some shapes and maybe some in-out sections.

Thank you for the compliments and the suggestions, however, this dimension is based off a real world structure and I wanted to try to keep with that theme as much as possible--at least for the outside. Since research on Aztec/Mayan temple interiors has been a bit sketchy for me, I improvised for the lower rooms and upper portion.

I love it. The circular feather design is especially nice. The thing I fell in love with though, was the underwater area. Great scene setting for sure.
