    Default Incoming Dye Recipe Changes - Removal of Coruscating Ethereal Shards

    As a heads up, all Apothecary dye recipes that use Coruscating Ethereal Shards will be changed in next week's patch.

    The Coruscating Ethereal Shard is being removed from the required materials. The remaining material cost has been increased somewhat, and the quantity of dyes created per batch has been decreased to 3.

    I assume this will be across Prime and Live. Seems reasonable.

    Yes, it will affect both.

    I got the changes down just under the wire so that it COULD have gone live today, but then I thought that maybe - just MAYBE - some person was sitting on a stockpile of Shards that they used just for dyes, so I held it to next week so I would have a chance to post this notice and give them a chance to use up shards.

    Me. I did. I couldn't think of what else to spend my void stones on, so bought many coruscating shards. Time to make dyes.

    These changes were rolled out in today's hotfix, but were not mentioned in the patch notes.

    Default dye recipe in Prime

    trying to craft a dye on Prime and still says I need coruscating ethereal shards. Thought it was going to be changed.

    "Light Goldenrod Dye" recipe still needs the coruscating ethereal shards, while its output quantity was reduced to 3 like in all the recipes that got the coruscating removed; making it a very expensive dye to craft.
