Why would it be "glitching"? If it's working and giving you a quest, then it's working. Whether or not the zone changes bears no relevance, as that's just RNG. It's like having the same DRR for 6 weeks in a row, just RNG.

You have a 16.6% chance to get the same daily from Stan.

Well 16.3 is all over me the last two days then. LOL. Just making sure it's supposed to do that.

Like when the weather forecast says 10% chance of rain and it 10 percents all over you all day.

Picture a 30 day month. For any given day X, the chance that day X+1 is the same as X is 1/6. The chance that day X+2 is the same is also 1/6, so the chance that day X, X+1, and X+2 are all the same is 1/36. Or, conversely, the chance of it NOT being the same is 35/36. Next consider another day, Y. The chance that Y, Y+1, and Y+2 not being the same is 35/36. The chance of both X and Y not having two days following with the same target is (35/36) ^ 2

In a 30 day month, there are 28 days that have 2 days following (the 29th only has one day after and the 30th has none). So the chance that all 28 do not have two days following with the same target is (35/36)^28, or roughly 0.454.

All total, this means that for any given 30 day month there is a better than even chance (54.6%) that on at least one occasion there are three consecutive days with the same fishing target.
