Hey, once you are maxxed in your professions, is there any way to get an old world lure for those? I am having issues finding Eternal Planar Dusts anywhere but the AH. TY!

There is a very easy trick to it. Buy essences for planarites from the rare planar vendor in Shimmersand (you also need some ISS), salvage them and there you have your dusts.
