Profitable Runes?

Could anyone share the types of runes that they craft that they sell effectively on the AH? I've tried to pick out a few on my own to craft and sell but I haven't had any luck.

break everything down and sell the runecrafting mats

pick up any and all artifacts you see and sell those on the AH

However I am curious if anyone makes any money specifically by selling runes, and if so which runes they sell.

What server are you on? Prices vary wildly between them. Have you considered broadcasting services via Trade channel? Do you actively check the AH via the AH search filter?

On Wolvesbane I've found some pretty steady prices for Water and Fire Resist runes. Usually around 30P each.

Incandescent Adamant Rune
incandescent Tenacious Rune
Focus runes
Rage runes, especially +9 AP runes

These are the top 4. As mentioned, you can also make resist runes such as water, fire, earth and air.

I also suggest posting these in the AH before riad nights (wednesday is a big one). Since some people will get new gear and jut go buy a rune (even when they can make them) and others will hastily prep for a raid and buy a rune.

To make the most cash out of the first 2 runes, you want to have an apothecary so you can make the Infinite Essesnces and break down Minor Catalysts into Catalytic essences. Buy the minor catalysts from your dungeon plaques, so essentially they cost you nothing, but the shimmering crystals.
