WS: When are you going to add 60 DPS 2h'ers? (rant)

Yeah i'll up front say that this is a rant. </rant>

Let me start off by explaining what i am. I'm a warrior. Melee DPS its my favorite way to play. I just like the in your face style of it. Since the start of rift (and my join date says it all) i've seen it all and played it all. I did everything i had to do to get ready for a number of places. Ran every dungeon i could raided whenever i could find one. I've run GSB and ROS enough that i'm pretty sure i'm gonna be geting the Horse and Gweenscale soon. The fact of the matter is...

I'VE HAD TO CRAFT/QUEST EVERY ****ING WEAPON I'VE USED I had to sacrifice the BIS death quest gun because i crafted the 47 bloodforged claymore and get the damned spear. I've been using that weapon for a few months. Nothing out of ROS or GSB to boot. Total number of raids...upwards of 80-90 lifetime.

Due to physical illness i missed out on my guild's weekly HK raid about three months ago. In that week all the warrior crap dropped. Sword+Axe + 1h's all over the place. I'm the guild's 40/26 bm guy. I love the spec honestly its a great spec and very capable especially for someone like me who knows the ins and outs of it. Since that week...not a single 2h axe/sword has dropped. We're closing in on ank but that's gonna be a while yet and i doubt given my run of luck on this game. So when i found no 60 point craftable when they hit i was a little disappointed but at the way i was clearing content i figured i'd get mine soon enough. Well...It hasnt happened yet and honestly i've seen no signs of it EVER happening after all those raids and all those drops. I just cant comprehend why there isnt a 2h craftable at this point.

I dont like doing things like that but honestly i'm about at my wit's end having pvped only a small amount and looking at a 30 level grind otherwise. So what's the noise Trion? Is something in the works to help people who get RNGloot ****ed like me? </rant>

That felt good to just type out, but honestly at this point i'd like to know. I cant be the only guy in this boat.

It's not a solution or answer but I'm curious as to how the gun from the Fire/earth saga quest chain from this world event compares to the death saga gun as I'm no warrior expert. It's also dex heavy with AP/CRIT and no END, T1 raid equivalent quality. The quest also has a 2h polearm of T1 raid quality and is significantly easier than the death saga.

Also, mmCR has a T1 raid quality (not lesser) 2H from Caduceus, greatblade of the cragborn and a lot more people run it these days for infernal marks. As for T2 raid equivalents I don't think there's any craftable atm let alone 2Hs and ID stuff requires miniboss drops.

Well... If you want a good 2H, perhaps you might want to do a raid more?
