    Default Enchantments Guide

Making this for everyone's benefit since it can be overwhelming. Gonna do my best to simplify everything I can.

    Runecrafting

Obviously the main source of item enchants in the game and easily the one most confusing. There are 3 tiers of RC enchants you need to concern yourself with:

    Radiant (Green)
Blazing (Blue) *some blazing runes are epic -.-
Incandescent (Purple) *Only few runes of this tier exsist currently, most are toughness, hit and focus

The color of the rune matches the lvl of mats required to make them. (ie expect to need epic crystals or even catalysts/eternal dust to make anything epic)
    • Not every rune in the Radiant tier has a Blazing or Epic equivalent yet and some Epics have no Radiant equivalent.

With that out of the way its to find out what goes where. For RC enchants the only slots are your armor and weapons slots (shield/totem included). I will break down the enchants into caster or melee and then into slots. The format will be the base name of the rune followed by the stats provided by the different tiers. (Radiant/Blazing)

    Physical DPS

    Helm/Legs

    Potent Rune: +Str (10/13)
    Accurate Rune: +hit/AP (18-5)

    Chest/Shoulders
    Deft Rune: +Dex (10/13)

    Gloves
    Elusive Rune +Parry (6)

    Boots
    Resoulte Rune: +End (8/11)

    CRAFTING

Easily the most overlooked and underrated source of item enchants. These enchants are temporary and DO stack with the permanent enchants without over-writing them. Most of them last 4 hours and come from the mats acquired through salvaging that particular profession's items. Each craft that has these enchants have 4 different tiers of salvaged materials and enchants. As you would probably guess you need mats from an item enchant's specific tier to make that quality of item and only items from that tier will break down into the mats needed. Confusing? For salvaging generally breakdown:

    mats | Items required

    Tier 1: lvl 1-19 items
    Tier 2: lvl 20-29 items
    TIer 3: lvl 30-39 items
    Tier 4: lvl 40-50 items

Unfortunately like everything in this game its a grind to a sufficient supply of anything. Tier 4 items wont always breakdown into tier 4 salvages mats. In fact more times that not you get tier 3 mats from salvaging a tier 4 item and thus will only be able to make the lvl 33 enchants instead of the lvl 43 enchants. If you are reading this and are still lost just message me in game about any specific question and chances are I can answer it. (I have every craft maxed but Artificer)

    Harvesting/Apothecary/Runecrafting

    Nothing

    Outfitting
    Insoles: +runspeed to Boots (2% - 3% - 4% - 5%) From salvaged leather
(this enchant is not to be underestimated on fights that require movement, that 5% could save you from a 1 shot)

    Riding Chaps: +mountspeed to Pants (2% - 3% - 4% - 5%) Requires both salvaged leather and cloth

Sticky Grip: reductiong to disarm to Gloves (1 second/ 2 seconds) only in T3/T4 From salvaged leather

    Weaponsmithing

    Whetstone +damage to Main Hand (3 - 6 - 9 - 12) From salvaged metal
    Weaponstone +phys crit damage to 2 hander (5% - 10% - 15%) From salvaged Wood

    Coatings
Usable on bows and guns these provide some nice pvp benefits every ranged rogue should try to take advantage of

Sticky Coating: 4 second snare proc. Herb Required: Wyvernspurr
Poisonous coating: 25 damage proc. Herb Required: Bloodshade
Noise Canceling Coating: 4 second silence Herb Required: Tempestflower

    Armorsmithing

    Padding: falling damage reduction to Shoulders (2% - 3% - 4% - 5%) From salvaged Cloth
Spikes: damage on block to shield (16 - 23 - 29) From salvaged Metal (not 100% proc) ~20%
    Plating: +armor Chest (50 - 85 - 119 -151) From salvaged Metal

    Artificer

    Manastone: +max mana to Totem (100 - 200 - 300 - 400) From salvaged Gems
Spellstone: silence reduction to Helm (1s - 2s) From salvaged Gems
    Witchstone +spell crit damage to Staff (5% - 10% - 15%) From salvaged Bone

    Faction Enchants

    Helm

    Ironclaw (Honored)
    (+7 dex/str/int/wis, + 3 end)

    Icewatch (Glorified)
    (+11 dex/str/int/wis, + 9 end)

Thanks. This is a good list. You're missing dex runes on weapons though.

Thanks, this should help me find runes I need to buy much quicker. I usually don't bother with rune upgrades because I don't want to spend my day scrolling through pages to find what I need, but if Trion had some sort of labeling system to sort the runes, maybe people would buy more of them instead of ignoring the huge cluster **** on the AH.
