all of the orichalcum nodes in the open world are on very short timers now. you will be able to farm much faster in the open world then you were ever able to do through instances
I just logged in and check - you still farm them as fast as they spawn.
I just got ~10 Orichulum and various forage things in less than 10 minutes.
