    Default My Beta Defiant Cleric

Somehow I missed this area of the forums. Thought I would share my cleric with you. This was done in Daz Studio Advanced.

Looks great! That's the hairstyle I'm leaning towards for my Ethian. Look forward to seeing more of your art.

What model did you use for this? She looks familiar but I can't place her.

Apologies for the delay in answering. Thanks for the compliments. The model used on Vicky 4 is the freebie Neith by Unicornist with a small amount of dial spinning. The armor is pieced together, the shoulders are from The Sentry and the top is from Chaos Seed with a chain mail shader applied.

What added features do you get with Advanced? Did you upgrade from the free version? I've been using the free version for about a year, and I really like to upgrade, but I haven't been able to decide between DAZ and Poser.

This is just my opinion, but I wish I would have just gone with Poser earlier instead of spending so much money on all the add-ons for DAZ Studio that may or may not work properly with each other. The fiasco with DS's dynamic cloth finally drove me to try Poser 8. Poser's interface is...quirky...but at least you get everything included in one up-front price, and just about anything can be made into dynamic cloth (once you figure the blasted interface out). Poser 8 also renders significantly faster than DSA3.
