I know this has been mentioned before, but its about the delay for the extra attack point. And this is ofc only concerning dual wielding warriors.

As long as you are in melee range the delayed procc is just fine and does not impact as a dpsloss, but on fights like Drak/conclave/Ituziel/Rusilia the procc from POTR/POTH are just so annoying! You don't get the procc until the skill actually lands, so it nerfs our ranged dps for short/long duration disconnects. Really think its fair to nerf the pathetic amount of ranged dps we can actually pull?

I thought it was worth bringing up again since it feels like one of those things that wasn't intended in the first place, so please consider implementing the procc on use of followup GCD start.
