My guess is sometime in the next 3 hours+ as the Avalanche testing will be this evening; the server message advertising also mentioned class changes. I'll be surprised if it doesn't patch soon.

It's possible that they could just be referring to the class changes already on it from notes #1 and #2 on the PTS, but my hope is indeed that there will be another patch today for the PvP testing. Whitefall was pretty broken when they tried testing it before, surely they'd have to at least patch to fix that, and at that point they might as well throw in their other changes so far.

then why you complaining bro.. bm atm pulls about 3200 on a dummy self buffed so what the problem is.. fully raid buffed bm is only 200 behind mages who got another buff. oh and dw is above them all atm until it gets nerfed.. cause fully raid buffed no class should be 4800 on a dummy next classes behind that are only 4300-4400 max

The players posting those stats are probably fully HK geared out with BIS and probably 50K+ PAs. You can't take that seriously. That is why atrius always says not to parse with pas. It screws balancing. The trinket alone adds a lot of dps. The mages I see on test server and I've been there a lot are pulling 4300-4400 in non best in slot gear.

I do think some nerfs are coming but people are blowing those numbers out of proportion. Also, we can not compare todays numbers to current live numbers. You need to actually compare to the fully released new numbers of the other classes when they make it to the final stages. All classes are getting tweaked. Every class is marginalizing us and comparing us to them. Then we are comparing them to us. So one dev is buffing their class to our levels and we are getting nerf to theirs <-----this has happened. I suggest leaving the heavy work up to the devs..and not making suggestions at all because we are not seeing the full picture of things. A few warriors complained about ez rotations and instantly had their way and potentially may have ruined some specs warriors use now. That is why you see a huge backlash from the fb change.

im complaining because i don't wanna have to duel wield and i don't wanna have a stupid pet. only two specs i seen worth keeping on pts was :

40 champ 26 BM 0 rb = stupid pet
28 para 26 champ 2 rb = stupid duel wield

why would a warrior want either of those.
although only thing viable i found, 51 champ couldn't compete to the above.


why not share specs instead of saying the numbers your getting shun? goes for anyone that wants to talk crap...... SHARE UR SPEC if its so great.

You are wasting your time trying to reason with them. All they will ever see it as is a way to make themselves look like super l33t h4x0rs compared to all the "carebears" or "bads".

I read thru all the 105 pages and I can see that you did not. If you are so worried about the future of your favorite class, why don't you make the effort to gather all the information available?

I did and tested the various specs proposed. I am now assured and even looking forward to the 1.8 going live

Im haven't started parsing on PTS yet, but would it be a terrible idea to use 39/23/4 instead of 41/23/2 (RB/champ/reaver) for binding of affliction (5% more dmg to all abilities) ?

Wouldn't work! You get 3% extra dmg per point spend in rb/champ plus you get extra from ET/ES if the points are spend in RB.
