Any chance of getting Disruptive Strike down to a 9 second cooldown? It's been reduced down to 10 seconds on PTS from the current 15 seconds on Live. The 10 second cooldown though doesn't fit cleanly into our 1.5 second GCD.
If the cooldown was reduced to 9 seconds it would fit nicely into a couple of rotations allowing for it's immediate use when it comes off of cooldown without wasting the extra AP point that it grants.
An example use for this rotation would be (I know it's probably crappy DPS....I was just playing around with different rotations)
Disruptive Strike > 1AP ability > GCD Finisher > 1AP ability > Followup > GCD Finisher > (repeat)
Disruptive Strike > 1AP ability > IB > 1AP ability > Folllowup > IB > 1AP ability > Followup > IB > (repeat)
Also, there's currently a bug with the paragon's Weapon Master ability. The 2nd ability point should be generated immediately but there's a slight delay in it being granted. If you hit IB too quickly you end up only hitting with a 2pt IB instead of the proper 3 pt IB with the second ability point showing up after IB has already gone off.
