    You aint half taking a long way around a "quick fix" Atrius why didnt you just increase our energy regen like they did with the rogues and be done with it.... Although saying that rogues now say having an energy bar their at all is a waste of space now as they are never energy starved! I wish

    Plus RB energy changes is ok i guess but still why would any pvp as a warrior at this point in time were just cannon fodder unless we have a pocket healer or two.

    Fix AP Scaling 750 AP = 150~Dmg roughly :/
    Make strength a usefull stat.
    Fix Energy issues: Increase energy regen would of been the smartest idea.
    Make melee damage usefull in pvp aka we will hit very hard instead of bring in some random way of us to heal ourselves.
    Stop pigeonholing us in to RB
    Bring in First Aid! xD

    So if my FB can crit for 2.2k, my PS crits for 2.5k, and my RW crits for 4.5k, then the finisher will need to crit for 6.8k... and that's to make our DPS the same as it is now.

    This would also fix our PvP burst a little bit cuz our finishers would actually hit hard.

    Is it just RB abilities? Cause according to the notes it applies to all warrior souls.

    WARRIOR
    * 'Gift' abilities now reduce incoming Physical damage by 0.3% and non-Physical damage by 0.38% per Soul Point spent in the associated Soul Tree. Ultimately this grants a 20% Physical mitigation and 25% non-Physical mitigation bonus to characters who have all of their points spent in tank souls.
    * Several tank abilities have had their threat generation amounts increased.
    * Rebalanced Power costs of non-Finisher abilities to resolve the issues caused by the Surging Energy fix. This change affects all Warrior Souls.
    Or am I not understanding something?

    All builder abilities have had their cost reduced by 3 power. Disruptive Strike has been reduced to 20(?) power.

    This does NOT include follow ups, finishers, utility spells, off gcds or buffs.


    Example of spells which have had their power reduced: Mighy Blow, Searing Strike, Thunder Strike, Flame/stone/wind spear, Dual Strike, etc

    Now reduced: Rising Waterfall, Blade Flurry, Fiery/Storm/Earth Burst, taunts, etc.

    Wait whoa they lowered the cost on stuff like Rising Waterfall too? RW was already so low in power, that will be an AWESOME power saver if true.

    Disruptive Strike is at 22 power. They clearly missed some abilities. Wind Spear is still 20 power while Flame Spear and Stone Spear have been reduced to 17. They also reduced the amount of power that Killing Field used from 35 down to 22 (which is a finisher). Their statement of "rebalanced Power costs of non-Finisher abilities" in their PTS in-progress patch notes should definitely be changed to something more accurate since follow-ups, reactives, taunts, bull rush, some tank AoE abilities, and many more haven't been touched as well as reducing the power cost of some finishers. Obvious they aren't done changing stuff up, though.

    They should make using KF give you plat when you use it. Then maybe people will!

    I am disappointed, the patch notes were misleading. The 17 points should really be 16 points. It is more even and stable that way.

    at the 17 mark with surging and grim it will be close now if you have a decent crit rate. Still need an energy return mechanism to be able to JUST use builders without starving though, which is jps imo. A builder shouldnot cost more than the power produced in that cycle, UNLESS it is a special attack or aoe (ie windspear/riftstrike)
