Exquisite whetstones bugged?

I almost hate to ask or reply to this, but you mean bugged as in more damage?

When I first logged on after the update I had a whetstone left over from last nights raid. While elemental touch damage was way down, ability damage seemed much higher.

How are you seeing it as bugged? I don't raid til tomorrow night and don't plan on wasting some on dummies atm.

If you mean all of a sudden DPS seems like you have no whetestone on, yes. That has existed for me since 1.4, and applies to oil and powerstones as well. Not sure if it's all stones though. But reequioping seems to fix it. It is very strange. I don't put my 200 DPS difference parses down to RNG ;)

That would explain why my Paragon damage has gone down despite gear improvements from last reset to this...................

yeah i parsed 1630ish on dummy w/o them

and 1620ish (rng rotation) with them, and i did it about 8 times in a row over the last week

they're definitely bugged.

Dual Strikes were hitting in the upper 1500 range for me last night in ros...I did not notice anything going on with them. Isolated incidences?

1500 seems a little low fully raid buffed no? wit 2x exquisites? dunno i havent played around with paragon in a while so i dont really have a frame of reference

i'd like other people to test this on dummies please as that is definitely the best way. post results here. i definitely (over the course of the last week) have watched this happen 4-6 different times and have pretty much given up on them. only reason i applied them in raids was because it's mandatory but if more people are experiencing this i'm just going to have people save them.

rogues can you please test this also?

not that I am aware of....if it is low then I am missing something fairly huge in terms of buffs...are you sure you arnt remembering a words of war buffed DS? I'm giving a number for stardard non CD (re:flaring power, trinket use, etc.) enhanced swings.

i dont remember
test on the dummy though when you can. i've done my tests over the last week and there has literally been no difference between parses with whetstones and without them.
