    9/10 people are going to be immune to being pulled and they're just going to walk away after bull rushing, because kiting is easier than chasing. Especially if it's another MM flying by with 145-215%+ movement speed.


    Basically the majority of rogues just run off and the clerics aren't going to die before they get back to their team or you die, so you're basically trying to kill mages. And we all know how well that works out.


    No, you're basically forced to just build half tank at least so you can run around in their team trying to provoke them. The best thing you can do as a warrior from what I've seen is making sure there's no marksman shooting the useful people on your team, since they tend to shoot you and run when you go after them. And if you've got at least 18ish VK you can at least purge some of their movement speed buffs along with having high armor to absorb most of their damage.


    VK/champ works best for it, since you have somewhat okay burst with your reactives to make sure the rogues are going to want to get the hell out. RB will be viable when they fix the damn earth burst/spear damage immunity.

    The most fun I have in WFs as a warrior is using VK/RB/Pal builds. I just rift summon or riftwalk anything with a blue bar and drink their mana.

    You don't do much damage or healing or get killing blows etc but I do at least feel useful to my team. At the very least I can tie-up a couple of healers/pyros through most of the game.

    3x CH / 3x RB is my goal so putting points in both.

    The thing is either 2 healers ignore the entire team and keep me up while the rest die, or I play like a little scared animal only attacking to finish some one off.

    Champion today feels like CHARGE is there so you can attack a half dead target...Not lead into battle.

    I hope that this is a level 50 issue. Right now, my warrior is 38, para/champ/rb, and that dude is a beast throughout every bg I put him in. 10-19, 20-29, and now 30-39. If I don't top the damage, it's because I came in late and probably still got close.

    I have the flamespear from both para and rb lines (can't remember the para line). I took the ranged snare from the rb line, and I put a melee snare on my target before the blitz stun wears off. I have my runners and sometimes I die, but more often then not, they die.

    And I do realize that this argument is coming from 50's and here I am talking about 39s. It's just that I found the topic way over-exaggerated, and then when I read the OP's reason why, because trees block him, I felt the need to post.

    I run a wl / para spec, I find that champions challenge and locked down hit more reliably than snares, probably because pulls and roots are rarer than snares. A good thing with wl since 1.2 is firing off the calls, makes it harder to get purged of things like sli.
    Mage - steel cannon
    Rogue - tin pistol
    Warrior - glass machine gun
    Cleric - adamantium machine gun

    I honestly cant believe this post is serious. Warriors pre and post 1.2 are like gods in pvp. I have a 50 rogue, 42 war, and 36 cleric and by far the War is the best at pvp. Sometimes it is almost comical how far above my warr is compared to anyone else even if I am at the very bottom of the bracket.

    Did you even bother looking at the Healing Taken column? You had a pocket healer. And level 33? Lol, please...come back once you are 50.

    That's the problem : a DPS Warrior is a big joke in PvP UNLESS an invincible healing Cleric is behind you all the time in which case Warrior becomes the most powerful class in the game, but for the same price of two people you could have 2 MM or 2 Pyros killing people left and right as well.

    The only viable specs at the moment are full range DPS RB/Para or VK/x to drain mana. But to be honest, anything in melee right now is a big joke. It's very hard to stay in melee range.

    RB is trash in PvP. Bad burst, bad survivability.
