Bug: Flamespear cooldown says and is 6 seconds not 4

Trion has had a full week of testing. Even updated that warrior range abilities will have 4s cd. Here we are today and it's still at 6s?

The "bug" is also with Path of the Wind and Path of the Raptor. They are still 6s rather than the patch note 4s.

They had it initially testing as 6 seconds and forgot to change it, I suppose.

Get used to it guys. Discharge was supposed to be changed to 8 seconds in the last patch. Patch came out and it was still 10 seconds. What is it today?

Someone probably just forgot to merge/integrate (/whatever depending on whatever source control they're using) the Alpha change that took it from 6 to 4 seconds. Stupid mistake, but honestly it's not an uncommon one in software development, especially for large deployments.
