You didn't mention pvp or pve but from a pvp perspective:
Not a bad build but I'd take Puncture and get at least 32 points in sin for Impale.
Puncture and Subterfuge is a nice combination for a quick 5 points Impale bleed = Opener (preferably Jagged Strike) -> Puncture -> Impale, and if you have Serrated Blades (although a minor bleed, which I'm not really a fan of atm), you suddenly have a lot bleed dmg going within a short notice. This works in both pve and pvp ofcourse.
I'm a fan of positional skills so I'd always take Double Cross, stacked with Imp. Final Blow and you got yourself a flat 30% dps boost to FB.
I feel Rift Guard is better switched out for Rift Barrier, because the time and combo points you spend on getting Rift Guard up are better invested in actual dps skills.

In the end I'd probably switch out NB with Infiltrator to get the CC breaker and Cloudy Poison.
