charges was made posion, dont think bombs was include here.

but I dont think so, dont remenber to get longer cast range if using marksman.

I guess that charges are not ranged then? Do charges count for critical hits if I take those point in ranger?

I can just say that letting my charges detonate can trigger the assasins 6-8 points bleed effect - so at least i guess that the +crit should work also?!

Charges and Bombs are not Ranged Weapon Attacks, they are Ranged Attacks. So most of the Ranger/Marksman passives won't affect Charges.
