    Default Weapon speeds

So what are us Assassins wanting to use? Im rolling at Sin/NB/RS with Sin as my main soul. Do we want 2 fast...or Slow/Fast?

If assassins are like in other games then you just want 2 weapons with the same speed so that they auto attack at the same time. I would assume that you would also use Daggers or swords for a faster attack time unless you plan on being in really long battles.

At 50 you'll want fast fast for poison application. Until then it doesn't matter. Auto attacking is less then your poison procs so don't worry about auto attack damage

Has anyone tested poison proc rate to determine if it is actually 20% per attack or if it is normalized based on weapon speed?

It's 20% of "hits" regardless of weapon speed roughly. On parsed combat logs I have roughly 19-21%

first off, i have done ZERO parsing.

alot of our attacks do weapon damage + x, would attacks like this not benifit more from a slower mainhand? the fast OH for the poison application seems like a definate.

for leveling my burst still seems effective, endgame ive heard i'll mostly be poison/bleeds

    (assasin/riftstalker/ranger )

Not since they normalized weapon damage. Until high end parsing is done at level 50, there is no way to prove otherwise since lower end parses at this point show minimal if any difference.
