    Default Nightblade/riftstalker build

Hey y'all. I was just throwing around some ideas and came up with this build:
    http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1M...ogMos.VI0I0R0M

I tried putting an emphasis on death damage and mobility. Any thoughts or changes i should make?

I don't understand it. What do you plan to accomplish with this build? Pve or pvp? DPS or tank?. By the look of the build I would say you are going for DPS. With death damage in mind, I would recommend this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0M...MhogRos.ic0cbo

16 points into Riftstalker for Stalker Phase, Shadow Phase, Rift Barrier. Boosted Recovery can be lost because you probably wont be tanking much, not unless you go Rifstalker as your main spec.

38 points into Nightblade for Twilight Transcendence, picked a few abilitys but didn't drop any.

Added 2 points into bladedancer (dexterity) for Weapon Barrage.

looks like a pvp build to me, so with that being said, what i think you should change for a better build for PvP/sruvivability/whatever... is lose the 10 points in Bladedancer and make it 0 for side steps skill, and put atleast 8 more into riftstalker for Endurance 5/5 and rift barrier 3/3 with 2 points extra which i would put in nightblade for improved twilight force

again i dunno what the OP's build is for.

for myself, i plan on going nightblade aswell but until i know what living flame is like, 51 of my points are going into NB no questions asked with the left overs in riftstalker and 0 bladedancer for pvp

my pve spec would probly be something like Nightblade/riftstalker/assassin

I plan on using the same souls but I'm only going to be 0 pointing BD. If you are going for death damage, leaving out unstable state doesn't make sense. Aside from that, I'd probably drop the two points in enhanced weapon enchantments because they're generally not doing a lot of damage, so 30% on top of that doesn't really seem worth it. I know last beta I was able to get away with only one point in melted skin but they changed how the procs for enhancements work so I don't know how well that will work anymore. I'd really try to find a way to get points into rift barrier because if you plan on blinking a lot, that skill just seems like a no brainer.

Played around with it a bit more and I think this would work better.

You lose the Twilight Transcendence and everything from the bladedancer tree

Removed Melted Skin because you will probably be using Smoldering Blades anyways.

Much more into Rifstalker for mobility after planeshifting, reduced cooldown times, stronger Shadow Assault, Improved Rift Barrier, and Freedom of Movement. Also this gives you a few more shifts you play around with.

Used Assassin for the remaining points for Crit%, Assassinate, and stealth if you choose to use it. Or you could use the remaining 4 points and put them somewhere in the Rifstalker tree, I would recommend plane shift buffs only though, and follow the above posters' advice and go 0 bladedancer for the 50% dodge.

If you don't choose Assassin, I would recommend this:http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0M...Ros.Ac0chqbMkz

Obviously ill be keeping twilight force and dusk strike on cooldown but what about main combo point builder? Would i use primal strike or something else? Also which finisher(s) would be best?

    You didn't post a build.

Annihilate is a good finisher in the riftstalker tree, but it lasts for 60 seconds meaning you will be switching between finishers pretty often. P
rimal strike will be your main combo point building attack. Shadow stalk and some of the plane shifts award combo points as well.
