    Default MM/Sin/Ran vs MM/Sin/NB

    This...

    ...or this.

    Which is to say,

10% better poisons (3 points as compared to one point in Poison Potency)
    5% more crit
3% more damage dealt (4% of Killing Focus minus 1% of Fire and Death Attunement)
    6% less damage taken
    49 Attack Power
    and a slow

    versus

15% better damage on combo generating abilities and finishers

Or more importantly, Hellfire Blades is counted as an enchantment along with Assassin poisons, but without the Assassin buffs. Hellfire Blades are only as damaging as an 1-point specced Lethal Poison and have to be specced two points in order to confer a comparable benefit: Lethal Poison buffs for 5% crit and Hellfire Blades buffs for 5% damage, and at the low levels of crit while leveling, crit counts for more than damage.

Now, I suppose I can just use both, as I can have two up, but the build is weak when it comes to self-heals: The only self-heal available is via Leeching Poison, which, along with Lethal Poison, also gets buffed by Poison Potency and, more importantly, Poison Malice. So, that 5% damage buff would come at the cost of a HoT.

    Nevertheless, what say ye?

Why ever would you take Poison Potency over Magnify Pain?

    That just defies all understanding.

All that +hit looks excessive. Also, auto attacks count for very little of your DPS (especially when you're moving) and thus are an inefficient way to spend points. If you're putting them in Blade Finesse just to get at Ambidextrous, you're probably better off spending 5 points in Saboteur instead of 15 in Bladedancer.

And if you ask me, even in PvE, Getaway's practically required for anybody who uses On the Double.
