Default Does this ***/RS build look viable for PVP?

Not a big player of MMO's but really like the idea of this build, not sure if it will truly function though. Basically looking for shifting backstabber. Not to bothered about putting out to much DPS just want a fun stealth character who can take out 1v1s etc

Unless you have super long fingers or a magic keyboard, no. You've picked up almost every single skill in both trees, and have picked up points that improve a single skill, or a set of skills (ISS and Cloak and Dagger in Sin, for example) instead of general DPS increases. Generally, it's better to stick to a single tree for the skills while picking up situational skills or general DPS increasing skills in another. Are you really going to use Savage Strike, Backstab, Puncture, one of Assasinate, PS or JS, and Final Blow as your finisher? On top of that, you have to set hotkeys for Blinding Powder, Enduring Brew and Foul Play, and thats not even including your root abilities. Then on top of that, you have to include Phantom Blow and Shadow Assault from Rift, as well as all its planar shift abilities, and any of its root abilities you want to use. Also, if you're going for 1v1 battles, who is healing you? That would make Boosted Recovery basically useless, and assuming you're not jumping into another battle straight away, Rift Scavenger becomes fairly useless considering how easy it is to use consumables. Furthermore, you haven't included Rift Guard, and if your goal is to be a shifting backstabber, Shadow Mastery is pretty integral. I would suggest focusing what type of role you want to play, and what type of skills you want to use (defensive skills from Rift, or DPS from sin), and then fixing your build up accordingly.

That's more or less your build tweaked for pvp properly. I chose to focus on bleeds over poison dmg but you are welcome to switch the bleed talents to poison. I also avoided most talents that require you to be behind the target as staying behind someone in pvp is very difficult and provide minimal benefit. The reason I chose bleeds is that a full melee class you have no real range and during those times you are cc/snared/knocked back the bleeds will keep the pressure on.

Contrary to the previous poster going deep in 2 souls is not necessarily a bad thing. Just because you have tons of abilities doesn't mean you will have to bind all of them or even use all of them. Plenty of the riftstalker abilities just plain wont be used in pvp mainly just using it for the passive and plane shifting. There is nothing wrong with that as the synergy of the planeshifting with a melee class far out weigh the abilities not being used.

Get rid of all the points in Riftstalker tree that provide an offensive ability or specific offensive ability buffs.

Always take the offensive skills of other DPS classes rather than the Riftstalker ones.

Oh, and 0 point Bard is not a good choice (are you really going to be aware of keeping that motif up all the time?).

Better to invest in a class like Sab, which gives an AOE slow.
