Question IA vs Raid rogue healing

Are IA's and Raid healing the same thing? I do realize that a raid should be more organized than an IA, but are they pretty much equivalent? Also, how does one do party healing with a Physician/Tactician build?

No. IA healing usually doesn't require dedicated tank healers. Healing in a raid is generally far more structured and intensive.

AOE heal in Phys-tact with Alternative Treatment and AOE finishers like Group Therapy.

Pro forum tip: Don't change up the font and/or the coloring because it can make it harder to read for others .

The MoM (and HK) IAs are "raids" in the sense that you're in a group of 20 (or less) people. More than 5 people is considered a raid. It's not a guild/pug scheduled raid working together for progression but the same concept can still be applied.

You want a tank and healers for IAs because... well, people take damage! How you'd heal the HK/MoM IAs is essentially up to you. You can play Phys/Tact and learn there how the build works and practice how to efficiently play it.

As far as "party" (5 or less) healing goes, you'll always put a main focus on your tank and then top up people as needed.

TL;DR Yes, you need healers for MoM/HK IAs and if you're in a particularly undergeared group of people, a tank healer will definitely help a lot because there are a couple bosses that can hit pretty hard on non-tanks.
